Healthy Start
Healthy Start is a government scheme that helps you buy basic foods like milk, fruit, vegetables, and infant formula. You get a prepaid card to use in participating shops.
Eligibility Criteria
- You are at least 10 weeks pregnant
- You have a child under 4 years old
- You are on a qualifying benefit or under 18 and pregnant

- You must be claiming Universal Credit, Child Tax Credit, or other qualifying benefits
- Your household income must be below a certain level
Payments
